H/A Collection BMRRHS WP Photos
(Collection of Robert E. Chaffin)

The FRRS was contacted by Bradford Kippen on July 22, 2022, who is a volunteer on a project at the Boston and Maine Railroad Society (BMRRHS) scanning, preserving, and archiving a collection of negatives from Boston and Maine Employee Robert E. Chaffin between 1935 and ~1963. (Website: bmrrhs.org)

The majority of the collection covers the Boston and Maine, but there are other roads represented including a small collection of Western Pacific negatives from the late prewar / early postwar era. which he has shared with us.

He has generously provided a set of images files related to the WP from this project.
